I’m not just a guide—I am a condo conversion strategist and recognized authority in condo conversion navigating one of the most complex condo conversion environments in the country.  applies these strategies in real time, alongside my clients. I don’t teach possibilities. I teach decisions—proven, disciplined decisions that create real wealth.

My breakthrough came while pushing against the limits of crowded markets and conventional investment thinking. In that search, I uncovered condo conversion—an underutilized, city-approved strategy capable of unleashing exponential equity. Executing my first project revealed an even deeper insight: owners outside large-scale development were being shut out—not by lack of opportunity, but by lack of access, clarity, and a reliable path forward.

That realization led me to create Fast Track Condo Conversion™ (FTCC)—a proprietary system designed to demystify and accelerate condo conversion, expanding access to meaningful equity creation across generations. From Legacy to Leadership

With over 25 years of business and real estate experience, my journey began in my family’s small restaurant and evolved into managing and supporting my immigrant mother’s property investments—a legacy I carry forward today. From humble beginnings in Florida to more than two decades in San Francisco, I’ve navigated corporate roles, startups, small businesses, and building expertise across both residential and commercial properties.

This journey led to the creation of White Tiger Fast Track Condo Conversion™, a system born from real-world experience, grit, and a deep understanding of overcoming obstacles and breaking barriers. Backed by a master’s in business administration and as an adjunct instructor, I now guide owners and investors to unleash hidden equity, achieve financial freedom, and transform small multifamily markets.

As a certified LGBT+ owned business by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Jen has been a speaker with the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, sharing her personal story at all grade levels at San Francisco Unified District Schools;  and audiences with UC Berkeley, San Jose State University, Bank of Marin, nonprofits, and companies. Funded by the Bay Area Physicians for Human Rights in partnership with San Francisco State University, her work amplifies awareness and education. Jen also serves as a public representative for City College of San Francisco on the MA Advisory Committee for the Education Review Board.
